Digital products and download access

Where are my downloads?

After checkout, your access is sent to the email used at purchase. Search for “King Solomon Scrolls” and check Spam, Promotions, or Updates.

What should I include if I need help?

Use the Contact page and include the purchase email, product name, and any order/session reference you have.

Are the products physical?

KSS products are digital downloads unless a product page says otherwise. Nothing is shipped by mail.

Assessment and recommendations

I did not receive my result email.

Retake the assessment with the correct email or contact support with the email you used. Your result page may still open from the browser after completion.

How are products recommended?

The assessment combines your wisdom score and your stated pressure area, then recommends either a focused Tier 1 product or the complete Solomon Standards System.

Can I buy without taking the assessment?

Yes. The assessment simply helps you choose the cleanest next step.

Choosing the right product

I need one urgent area fixed.

Start with the focused Tier 1 product for that pressure point.

I want the complete KSS system.

Choose the Solomon Standards System if you want all 10 Standards and 21 Frameworks in one ordered library.

I am unsure.

Take the Wisdom Assessment first. It is the fastest route to a clear recommendation.

Daily Wisdom emails

How do I manage emails?

Use the manage preferences or unsubscribe links in KSS emails.

Why did emails stop?

You may have unsubscribed, bounced, or moved into a higher-intent product sequence after taking the assessment or purchasing.

Can I rejoin?

Use the Daily Scroll signup on the homepage or contact support if your email was previously suppressed.

Billing, refunds, and account questions

I was charged but did not receive access.

Contact support with the purchase email and product name. This is the fastest issue to resolve when the checkout email is provided.

How do refunds work?

Use the Contact page and choose Billing or refund question. Include your order details and reason so support can review it.

Is checkout secure?

KSS checkout is handled through secure payment infrastructure. Never send card numbers through the contact form.
